Their customers, who now encompass a worldwide audience, are able to do research, see product video demos, purchase, and pay securely online, all from the comforts of home. Haggerty's Musicworks realizes that the retail landscape is changing, and to stay competitive, an effective website, that is easy to maintain, is a necessity. By tying in their YouTube product demos and comparisons, Haggerty's is building trust, and establishing themselves as experts in their field.
